4.0...4.5a. The toolbar is still visible after closing the last perspective. Executing some of the actions can lead to errors and log entries, e.g. opening a type.
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. Still present in 4.20. When all perspectives are closed, some toolbars show up because they are always showed and not being filtered by the active perspective. Those tool items should be disabled. However, when closing the perspective the actionsets that are enabled the by the last active part are not disabled. Therefore some actions remain enabled that lead to errors.
