dynamic html img content

I want to display dynamic html content in pdf report. So I have text/dynamic text to add html content. I have added html <img src="data:image/jpeg;base64,...' alt='test base 64 img' /> . But its not working,even though it works in Preview, but in option "View as PDF" not working. I  have attached RPTDesign file.

How to display dynamic html content where the content may have image base64 img ?
