testBrokenSymlinkAttributes, testRecursiveSymlink, testSymlinkAttributes, testSymlinkPutExecutable, and testSymlinkPutReadOnly fail on Windows when run as Administrator.

The five tests listed in this bug are not the only ones failing on Windows.

Bug 445805 is misleadingly named but it doesn't include SymlinkResourceTest.testBug232426. Therefore this bug is a duplicate of it.
