At the moment, snippets that have dependencies not on the project's classpath are not shown in the Snipmatch completion.
I propose that the snippets are shown, but sorted below those with available dependencies. Furthermore, the snippets should be identifiable as having missing dependencies, i. e. by the text being gray and a warning message in the preview.
