I confess ... I read help, sometimes. :) And, in one recent reading noticed a number of places with links that depended on "viewcvs" (I assume to get sample-like code?) ... but, was enough to make me search all 5 docs for "viewcvs" and discovered a large, but fixable, number of occurrences (pasted below). The ones I happened to be looking at were related to p2 ... such as there is one on this page: http://help.eclipse.org/luna/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg.eclipse.platform.doc.isv%2Fguide%2Fp2_uireuse.htm In firefox, I just got a blank page ... maybe related to settings or add-ons, since in Google Chrome, I at least got the "what's cvs" message. Not sure if all these "examples" still exist in Git? If so, easy fix. If not ... guess they should be removed? Or ... re-added back in Git, somehow? Still a bug in Neon. Because I ran into one of these for Mars on-line help I thought I'd check our current help files. While I have not looked at these in detail, I see 14 occurrences of "http.*viewcvs". These will be dead links. At least, the one I saw on Mars on-line help was. It did not return any sort of error, just "returned" nothing (blank page). Dani, I think you marked this bug as "assigned", but did not change the "assigned to" field. Did you intend to assign to yourself? I will assume so, and assign to you now -- since at least that may get your attention (ha ha) and you can correct as needed.
