There are a lotof jUnit tests in moxy (and probably other EclipseLink modules) where IO streams are used but not handled properly.

An example is org.eclipse.persistence.testing.jaxb.dynamic.DynamicJAXBFromXSDTestCases test class.

Now with minimal Java SE 1.7 required try with resources blocks should be uses to properly close IO streams in tests.
