This is basically a continuation of issue first raised in bug 442644. See especially bug 442644 comment 5. 

As the "workspace incompatibility" warning is "new" and would effect "core" tests as well as "ui" tests, it might be worth disabling that warning in both core and ui test frameworks. (I believe it already is, in effect, in ui test framework, but, not sure that framework's "modeful" override catch this case ... but, probably does, or we'd see more often).
