Integration build Oct 08 2003 (build #2).
-Open the eclipse to either the resource or java perspective
-I created a couple project but it likely does not matter.
-Type Alt+F
NOTE that the File menu is not pulled down
-try pulling down the menu and then Alt+r or any other mnemonic on the file menu
NOTE2 nothing happens

Numlock was on.  After turning it off the mnemonics worked.
