This may be a duplicate of Bug 430017 (model download failures behind NTLMv2 proxy), but it may not be.

Alex, can you please share a few details about your network setup:

- Are you behind a proxy (that needs to be configure somewhere) or behind a transparent firewall?

- If you are behind a proxy, how do your "General > Network Connections" preferences look like?

- Do you know whether your proxy/firewall inspects JARs/ZIPs to determine if they contain "dangerous" content?

- Finally, what OS are you using?
