PARAMETER SELECTION PAGE stays blank, so one is unable to enter parameter. Also, when running report without parameters in Web Viewer, page also appears blank.
W7 with IE 11.0.9600.17239
Default browser for INTERNET: Chrome
Local machine (localhost) - no LAN

Same thing for me with BIRT Report Designer allinone v4.3.1 and v4.4.0
W7 with IE 8.07601.17514
Default browser : Firefox 24.0
My eclipse environment and report preview are configured to use only external browser (Firefox)

I found a solution by uninstalling the JRE 8 of my workstation.
The designer and viewer are using this JRE 8 by default, but do not seem comptatible with this version.
With JRE7 or JRE6, no worries. Everything works perfectly fine.
