Description Nicholas d\'Hondt CLA 2014-07-28 19:46:31 EDT
I usually add a one-line comment above each method just to remind myself exactly what it does. I also usually collapse the methods I'm not working on to save time scrolling. Unfortunately, when I collapse methods that have comments between them, and then run the program I'm working, the comments disappear. This obviously isn't critical, but it's very frustrating.

In what type of editor does it happen - Java, C++, other ? Could you attach a code snippet?
I tried to reproduce it in Java editor, but the comments are always visible.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got
resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some
reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it.
The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you
still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is
(for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

If the bug is still relevant, please remove the stalebug whiteboard tag.
