The default size of Browse dialog is too small. There is no maximize button provided to expand the box at once click. Resizing by dragging window borders is not easy to use for most of the developers. when searching for source in longer paths it takes lot of time and difficult.

This is same in all versions of eclipse IDE's

Please consider either increasing the default size of the window or by providing a Maximize button here. 

Also provide a search box in the window which can take to the desired folder.
