That'd be to .../releases/mars/ and .../eclipse/updates/4.5/ And should put "empty" repositories there, to avoid spurious warnings.
Should become part of the routine "update for next cycle" description, so marking as blocking 436736.
I've incremented in our product code to 4.5 repository and "mars" along with the "product versions" in bug 439154. (increment product versions should be another "routine" part of starting a new cycle). I've also requested the "mars" directory be created ... so I can put an empty repo there for now. (requesting the repo should be another part of routine "startup".)

For cross-reference, meant to say the request for new directory was bug 439177.
Verified in I20140715-0800 in both platform and sdk (both that new ones "show up" and that the "empty repositories" I put in place all there to be no warnings/errors if someone tries to "update" when nothing is there.
