don't find the option: general/apparence Editor tab positions [top or bottom] in version Luna that if was in version indigo.
I have test a put in file: org.eclipse.ui.prefs the option EDITOR_TAB_POSITION=1024 but don't work in version luna.
A small suggest for follow version:
The first runtime of eclipse let choose type of splash and type of icons of application between three options for example type splash Indigo or type splash Juno or type splash luna and icons between type eclipse normal or type eclipse wtp or type eclipse luna.
