The IPZilla password hash is copied from the Bugzilla table.  If one changes their password, it must be updated in Bugzilla first before it can be copied to IPZilla.  This can take minutes and provides a bad user experience.

That will address IPZilla specifically, and update the password hash to the same value as found on Bugzilla.

The bigger bug here is bug 376910, but this fix will ease some pain for IPZilla users.

Works like a charm, for both a password change and reset.
