Marking as fixed. 

I'm not so happy about the api problems filter for the MANIFEST.MF in org.eclipse.ui.ide as it is a very broad filter. If someone has a better idea how to suppress the API error, please re-open with instructions how to do this.

After a restart of Eclipse, another API baseline errors is displayed. I add a filter for that soon, after a few clean workspaces, to ensure that this is not a "strange" artifact.
