Avoid unnecessary redraws in CSSPropertyFontSWTHandler.

The workaround from bug 433858 comment 33 adds a lot of unnecessary redraws.

I confirmed that it works on linux, that there is no flicker and the single click to activate and select still work.  Also, there is no change in redraw when opening a dialog like the show view dialog.
