Update Modbus implementation/configuration that multiple slaves are supported
Comment 1 Jürgen Rose CLA 2014-11-27 05:38:59 EST
The basic functionality is there now, but there is still a bug.

If I connect to different slaves, the id is not included within the configuration, that means only one of the configured slaves wins.

So essentially the slave id itself has to be included in the driver configuration so that there can be differenciated between several modbus devices.

basically what is needed now, is essentially some additional validation, that there are no slaves with overlapping ids.
