Have a need to modify launch configurations outside of the usual Run/Run As menu actions.

To assist this & to help conform to standards defined by debug.ui, we request @noimplement be removed from org.eclipse.debug.ui.ILaunchConfigurationDialog.

Can you provide more details on how you'd create your own implementation and how it would be used?
