- maximize the eclipse window
	- open a large Java file
	- go to the last visible line
	- open code assist.
	observe: the shell opens but most of its content is clipped by the screen.


NOTES:
EG (6/7/2001 10:04:14 AM)
	defer, VA/Java is also shipping with this limitation for years.
	However, given the tiled window approach users often work with
	the desktop windows in maximized mode and code assist
	pops-up at the border more frequently
