Fraction font size is not working in .xlsx report
Steps to simulate:
1. Design a report with font size as 10.5 points 
2. Generate .xlsx report(). 
3. The output file font size is changed to 10 points instead of 10.5

Expected:
Font size should be 10.5 as designed. Same is working fine in .xls report.
