Following changes have to be made:
- eventType SEC is ok
* value should contain type of authorization, e.g. WRITE (its empty now)
- monitorType AUDIT is ok
* item should contain the item (is now type of authorization)
- message is ok
* actor should contain the user (it is the item now)
* actorType should contain the actorType (it is empty now)
* levels should be filled correctly if it is actual an item

source should be filled as well, with the correct security item name (from the CA)
