In the Console view we have the options Show Console When Standard Out/Error Changes.

This is not practical in situations when a service continuously dumps debug info there, because the view will hide another actively used view in the same group. However, it would be very useful to see that the service starts normally and check the initial few messages on its console.

On the Run Configuration/Common tab, next to Allocate Console, I propose "Activate console when the configuration starts".
