Patch to rename the Problems view to Challenges

Developer's always are short on time and sometimes stress causes loss of a positive attitude towards build errors in the Eclipse IDE. In order to enhance general user experience and user satisfaction, I would suggest to rename the "Problems" view to "Challenges". From a marketing point of view, this will increase Eclipse's reputation and help users to accept build errors for what they really are: small tests the world throws at us to keep our brains working!

The attached small patch should be enough to make your world better tomorrow. Please apply it to the eclipse.platform.ui git repository.
