Build 20030910.

1) Open Java editor on some file
2) Open Content Assist in the middle of a word
3) Select a proposal using arrow keys
4) Press Ctrl
-> The side of the identifier right of the caret is painted in yellow/red 
(depending on your preferences) 
5) Press Enter
-> Editor is maximized. Previous behavior: Proposal is inserted replacing the 
yellow/red text section.
