When invoking "Delete" on a prohect, the underlying directory remains available (unless users explicitly asks for deletion). So it's not absolutely deleting stuff, it's removing them from workspace.
Then, it would be nice to rename the "Delete" operation on a project into "Remove" or even "Remove from workspace".
