In Navigator, folders that contains a .project file and whose related project isn't already in workspace should show an "Open as Existing Project" context menu entry that would import the folder as existing project into workspace.

Additionally, those folders should maybe have an alternative icon or a decorator.

Note that suggested patch for bug 427768 provides a similar feature. So if patch for 427768 gets merged, this can be closed as duplicated (missing relationship "included")
