JAWS 4.5 reads the line previous to the current one in the text editor. Window 
Eyes does not have this problem.

STEPS
1) Open a java file using the default text editor
2) Start JAWS
3) Start using the arrow keys to read through the lines - it always reads the 
line before
4) Do the same on Window Eyes - no problem
