While creating working set using ResourceWorkingSetPage user may want select

1. All .*properties files only
2. All .*test.* folders only
3. All files only excluding images

etc 

But in ResourceWorkingSetPage wizard, user cannot able to filter such type resources. 

Change the UI of ResourceWorkingSetPage wizard to support filtering resources in based on regular expression.

In bug 132595. Reporter is talking about only filting project names(IProject) not all resources. 

But here I am talking about all IResource's(IFile, IFolder and IProject).

Adding filter box and supporting regulary expression to filter resources is good way to go.

Close bug 132595 marking it is as a duplicate of this bug as it covers all the resource type filtering not limited to IProject. Keep this bug open.
