In the Team sub-menu, please replace "Apply Patch..." with "Apply/Revert Patch...".  This would make it more evident that you can either apply or revert a patch via that option; currently, the revert patch feature is "hidden" inside "Apply Patch...".

I'm not sure this is used often enough. Usually one just reverts the changes with those from the repo, e.g. via History view.
