Followup on bug 362423, item 4.
As proposed in bug 362423 comment 16 a fix for MinMaxAddon is required to reduce space waste between minimize/maximize view buttons.

See attached file for the difference between 3.x and 4.x streams.

MinMaxAddon which creates these elements uses a standard trim for this. I see no way to influence the space without creating an non standard solution.
