OS 20130903 Build

Steps to reproduce

1,Open attached report in os birt
2,Report has three masterpages and set to label,chart and table items in report body.
3,Run report in web viewer and check the background color for masterpage,It's OK.
4,Export report to xlsx and check the result.

Actual Result:Background color is gone.See attached.
