Hello,

Since at least E4.2 it seems there are problems with backward and forward commands that allows us to navigate between recent modifications.

Very often, the previous modification position is not the correct one.

This is really frustrating not to be able to rely on it as before.

I use the keyboard shortcuts.

Maybe it occurs after other particular actions and not immediately...


My configuration is based on Eclipse JEE + very few supplementary plugins.

Here are the target item informations :

- The active contribution item identifier:
    backardHistory
- The active action definition identifier:
    org.eclipse.ui.navigate.backwardHistory
- The active contribution item class:
    NavigationHistoryAction
- The contributing plug-in:
