We should add working examples for how to use the mixed-mode launching support and for the memory / registers views.

I get am error when checking out the example. See bug 414939 for details.

Also, the bundle version missed ".qualifier", which caused a POM Update request:
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/N20130812-2000//pom_updates/ which did not get noticed by our POM version tool - filed bug 414940 to track that.

Fixed the bundle versions with http://git.eclipse.org/c/platform/eclipse.platform.debug.git/commit/?id=06cac25f229fb6bfa3c60dc1354c09d2cbd9a104
