Reading comment on http://www.ihateeclipse.com/ , there is one that got my attention, and I agree with it:

It's true that this Help menu is not the first place where we would expect to have the extension entry-point.
What about a "Customize" top-level menu in IDE that would contain installation entry-point (p2 installer, marketplace, check for updates) and the configuration entry-point (preferences) ?
