When importing a project it may be the case that a project can not be imported with message "Some projects cannot be imported because they already exist in the workspace".

Toggling "Copy projects into workspace" to off, however, allows for the import.

This is not directly visible, as one needs to manually hit "refresh", so toggling this option should do an automatic refresh.

Additionally the title message should be updated on toggle.
