Under certain conditions, which could not yet be elicited precisely, an external link to an intranet page causes the content page not to be published.

When removing the <a href> construct around the link text, the page is published again.

The problem does not occur in general for external links; there are links where the content page is published correctly. However, it sometimes occurs, and it's pretty disappointing in those cases.

I experienced this behaviour again, when using URLs from my customer's intranet. A role page is published, as soon as I take out the URL links, and it's not published, when I add the links again.

By chance, I got an indication for the problem: Whenever a URL contains an Ampersand character ("&"), that ampersand is replaced in the HTML view with an "&amp;" string. After publishing, the page is not available.

I can not reproduce this , could you please give me the URL you use?
