This bug is a tracker for a bunch of updates that need to happen on the MQTT Java client (on the develop branch)

 * create README.md
 * add CONTRIBUTING.md to repo
 * build and publish Javadoc

 * Finish pom.xml file for main client
 * create appropriate top-level pom
 * Hudson build
 * publish to Eclipse Maven repo and Maven central

 * upload binary jar to Eclipse downloads area

 * make Eclipse Client View use Mavenised client -> also build on Eclipse Tycho

 * update Ant builds (or abandon them?)

 * add test suite

TASK: Add license to pom.xml files

All tasks done except Maven central.  Which is good enough I think.
