Duplicated menu items in the main editor on a pom.xml

Hi !

Overview : 
When opening popup menu from main Editor,
some menu items are duplicated for *.jsp and *.xml files.

Note that : 
- problem doesn't occur on *.java files.
- problem doesn't occur when opening popup from Package Explorer View.

Steps to Reproduce :
1) install a fresh Eclipse Juno and install m2e 1.3.1
2) create a simple project with a pom.xml file
3) open the pom.xml file in xml editor
4) right click in the editor
You should see that the menu item 'Remove from context' appears twice
5) open the 'Team' menu
You should see that all menu items appears twice
(see attached snapshot)

Actual Results:
some menu items are duplicated

Expected Results:
only one menu item should appear

Build Date & Platform :
Version: Juno Service Release 1
Build id: 20120920-0800
on Windows XP

Additional Information: 
Using m2e 1.3.1.20130219-1424

not that this problem only occurs when m2e is installed.

Hello,

I have the same problem with eclipse 4.3.1, but only with *.jsp files :

eclipse.buildId=4.3.0.M20130911-1000
java.version=1.7.0_25
java.vendor=Oracle Corporation
BootLoader constants: OS=win32, ARCH=x86, WS=win32, NL=fr_FR
Command-line arguments:  -os win32 -ws win32 -arch x86

Julian, what features do you have installed?  Is it eclipse for JEE or an eclipse SDK with parts of WTP installed?

For information,
I migrated on Eclipse Kepler JEE : eclipse.buildId=4.3.0.I20130605-2000

The problem still occurs on *.jsp and *.xml files.
