Testcase:
- open a new empty file using the text editor
- while the file is still empty, add a task
- the task appears on the vertical ruler
- now add one space to the file, the task icon disappears
  from the vertical ruler, but still available in the task view
- remove the space just added, the task icon re-appears

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
