UI -> Package Explorer -> More Options -> Focus on Active Task. 'Focus on Active Task', is the only options... Have 5 open and 5 closed projects In the Package Explorer view, click More Options, Click Closed Projects (e.g. Filters, Closed projects, OK ) Close an Open project Click More Options, now only 'Focus on Active Task' is the only option Click Another tab in that expanding section, say Outline Click back to Package Explorer Click More Options, not the full list of options is displayed correctly Developers on Windows can't recreated this, but all developers on Mac can. We are using the same build, just Mac vs Windows. What screenshots or logs would be useful and will attached. I know a work around but it's just annoying to have to do.
What do you mean by 'More Options'? Can you attach a screenshot?
Created attachment 227248 [details] Screenshot of 'More Options' Wasn't sure exactly what to call it, but it's the down arrow thing in the expandable section where Package Explorer lives.
(In reply to comment #2) > Wasn't sure exactly what to call it, but it's the down arrow thing in the > expandable section where Package Explorer lives. That's called the "view menu". Can you - tell us which build (ID) you are using - attach a screenshot where not the full menu is visible - attach the .log file (<workspace>/.metadata/.log) I suspect you see bug 398409. Please try whether you get the same issue with the latest plain Eclipse SDK build: http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/M20130204-1200/
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant. If the bug is still relevant, please remove the stalebug whiteboard tag.
