Data Preview fails on the flat file data source that contains date values.
Please check the attached screen shot.

This was working on 4.2.

I have tested on 4.3 M5 build.

To repoduce:

1. Import the attached Test_Report_CrossTab.rptdesign
2. Set the Data Source folder to the attached exportdata.csv
3. Preview the data.
