4.3M5 test build, observed on Ubuntu 12.04LTS

- run ControlExample, go to the Slider tab
- it never shows, regardless of which styles/options are selected

This is not a GTK 3 specific bug, I can reproduce it even with GTK 2 on Ubuntu 12.04. It has more to do with usage of overlay scrollbars by Ubuntu Unity desktop, need to check on GNOME 3 too...
The workaround mentioned in bug 368929 of setting LIBOVERLAY_SCROLLBAR=0 makes the slider visible again.
