CustomizePerspectiveDialog#loadMenuAndToolbarStructure() only includes the window's top trim, and doesn't include the left- or right-side trims.

This is not really a fix for Bug 420956 which wants to fix CPD in 4.x based on the functionality available in 3.x, removing dependency.
