- 4.3M5 test build, observed on Ubuntu 12.04LTS

- run ControlExample, go to the CoolBar tab
- note that handles for dragging CoolItems are only shown when the Control's style includes SWT.FLAT
- dragging the items still works in such cases, one just has to know where to begin dragging
