Hello, I hope this report could be useful.
I find many texts are not externalized in the Team Repositories view and some related view.
I surround the texts with red frame.

In attachement;
1) mylyn_1.PNG shows 1 text is not externalized at menu | window | show view | other | Mylyn .
2) mylyn_2.PNG shows many texts are also not, at the Team Repositories view.
2) mylyn_3.PNG shows 2 texts are also not. this page can be shown with New | Repository, after right click on the view.
