Two screenshots

Env:Win Vista 64bit + Eclipse3.7 64bit + EDT0.8.2.v201212202100 + IBM JRE 1.7 +
        Local Dojo runtime
steps to reproduce:
1.Import org.eclipse.edt.rui.dojo.samples_0.8.2 and the dependency projects.
2.Preview Gallery.egl in an external browser and go to Navigation->Tree.
3.Click "Add Holland" button and it reports errors.

I have tried several browsers and only in IE it can work correctly. Others will display dojo tree like the one in the screenshots. In addition, it also exists in EDT0.8.1 all-in-one version.

Deferring to future since this is not a regression.
