I tried putting !directoryname in the "search these files" box, but it did not, as I'd have hoped, stop the search from traversing that branch of the tree.

Could the inclusion of "exclude directory name" ( with a trailing \ or / if we must disambiguate from a file name ), be a useful additional feature?

During build I create a tree of output files to be installed, and I'd quite like the search not to look in it, as it just duplicates the original files elsewhere in the project.
