Description Markus Keller CLA 2012-11-21 15:26:58 EST
The Outline view toolbar flickers whenever I switch between Java editors. It looks like it's because the view menu button is quickly hidden and then shown again (best visible if the Outline is in a separate view stack and just as wide that the toolbar moves below the tab bar).

Steps:
- open the Outline view (Link with Editor enabled)
- open two Java editors and then switch between those two

This also happens in 3.8.

New in 4.x (at least in I20121120-0800):
If the Outline view part has been created but then hidden in a view Stack, then the flickering on editor switch is also visible on the topmost view in the Outline view's view stack.
