It would be extremely useful to me if, after pinning Eclipse to the taskbar,  even when Eclipse is not running its Jump List showed the list of the last workspaces used (that is: the list currently shown by File | Switch workspace submenu). 
Then, clicking on any of those workspaces should open Eclipse on that workspace.
